    A. Autologous fat transfer (AFT) is a technique in which fat is taken from a donor site (abdomen and thighs are common) and transplanted to other areas of the body such as the face, neck, buttocks, breasts and abdominal muscle. It is a soft tissue filler that offers permanent results to enhance or fill in volume depleted over time. Examples include restoration of cheekbones, aged lower eyelids, facial furrows, deep wrinkles, enhance the jawline and more.
