  • Q. What are the side effects of fat transfers?

    A. You can expect to be swollen, bruised and sore in the donor and recipient site. Since we use your own tissue, the rejection risk is minimal. Additional infrequent risks include cysts, assymetries and resorption. Before your procedure, Dr. Schmid will thoroughly review the benefits and risks so you can make an informed decision.
