Favorite MedSpa treatment: I love SkinCeuticals Smart TCA Peel, followed by HydraFacial. The Smart TCA Peel offers a more intensive solution that effectively addresses my fine lines, wrinkles, and pigmentation concerns. Despite the week-long period of crusting and peeling, the recovery process remains comfortable, and I do not experience the itching associated with other TCA peels I have undergone. A few weeks post-peel, I use HydraFacial to restore moisture to my skin.

Favorite Product:I love so many SkinCeuticals products, but antioxidants are an absolute must! I favor CE Ferulic during the winter months and Phloretin CF during the summer. Combined with consistent SPF applications, these products provide excellent protection for my skin, prevent further damage, and promote overall brightness and an even skin tone.

Favorite MedSpa treatment:Dr. Schmid’s fractional laser resurfacing treatment made amazing improvements to my skin’s texture, clarity, fine lines, and acne scarring! It was probably the best thing I could have done for my skin. The SkinCeuticals Smart TCA Peel is by far my favorite of our MedSpa treatments. It’s also integral to maintaining the results I achieved from my fractional laser treatment.

I later transitioned into the medical spa field in Beverly Hills, California, where my passion for skincare and aesthetics truly flourished. After dedicating 18 wonderful years to raising my children as a stay-at-home mother, I have continued to stay deeply connected to the medical spa and plastic surgery world and all things beauty.

Favorite MedSpa treatment: The treatment that has made a remarkable difference is the IPL treatment. This treatment has been most effective in clearing any discoloration. Since moving to Colorado, the dry climate has posed new challenges for my already dry skin.

Favorite Product: My go to product is Skinceuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2, which I use daily for deep hydration. My second favorite is P-TIOX for the radiant glass like skin effect and 24-hour hydration that I absolutely love!

Favorite MedSpa treatment: My favorite MedSpa treatment is Matrix fractional laser resurfacing. The results of this treatment are evident in the first two weeks. This treatment smooths skin, reduces discoloration, and helps with collagen production. My favorite no downtime procedure is tried and true dermaplaning. Nothing feels better than buttery smooth skin!

Favorite Product: Hands down, my favorite SkinCeuticals product is Cell Cycle Catalyst. This product not only prepares the skin for additional product use, it also prepares the skin for procedures allowing optimal healing. As always, sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen 365 days of the year.
